We aim to inspire everyone we come in contact with to reach a little higher, dream a little bigger and truly go after your dreams.
We feel it is our duty to not only inspire and support each other, but also our community. Each quarter, we choose an endeavor to dedicate time and funds. We find it important to share our love and passion for New River Valley and all it has to offer.
In 2021, we sponsored animal adoptions and, fed over 300 individuals for Thanksgiving, and purchased over $5,000 in toys and Christmas gifts for children and teens all over the region.
We cultivated an environment for success and support that allows both seasoned and new agents to reach their goals.
Our new agents have doubled their salaries since leaving their previous jobs and joining GRAVITY.
We believe the failure rate of new agents is so high because they are not properly equipped to succeed early in their careers.
GRAVITY was created to change that statistic.
