Natalie Chalmers

Natalie is originally from Memphis, TN. She discovered her love for the New River Valley in college and has spent the past almost 20 years living in Blacksburg, with a few years in between in sunny Florida. A love for real estate is inherent in Natalie’s genes. Natalie’s grandmother, grandfather, and uncles were all in the real estate business, so she has grown up around it all her life. Natalie is servant hearted and has the ability to communicate well with others. She enjoys negotiating on behalf of her clients to get the best deal. Natalie and her husband, Charles, have a 4 year old daughter, Lenni, and a Husky named Torvi. Natalie thrives on finding the perfect home for her clients. She especially loves working with first time home buyers and families. She has worked on behalf of many veterans and possesses the knowledge to navigate the most complex deals. More than anything else, she loves to see her clients happy. She is incredibly dedicated and hardworking, always willing to go above and beyond. Her ultimate goal is to be a helping hand during your home buying or selling process.
