Scott Pearce was born and raised in Goochland, VA and is a graduate of Ohio State University! Scott stumbled upon real estate at a time in his life in which he wanted more than a typical 9-5, he wanted to challenge himself in every aspect to become a better person not only for himself, but in order to serve the people in his community. Scott wants to be the type of agent that is able to provide comfort in the process of buying or selling your home. He wants to scale his real estate business to eventually get into real estate investing, as well as helping others invest in real estate.
